Training Sessions on Kurash Techniques for Children by Iranian Experts
As you may know, the final offline stage of the three-month online course organized by the International Kurash Institute was successfully held in Tashkent and Chirchik.
Conducted in collaboration with partner organizations such as the International Kurash Association, the Uzbekistan State University of Physical Education and Sports, and the Tashkent State Transport University, these intensive training sessions were aimed at enhancing the professional skills of Kurash specialists.
The training program covered essential topics such as all technical aspects of Kurash techniques, refereeing rules, and criteria for evaluating competitions. A special part of the program was dedicated to working with the younger generation—specifically, to methodologies for organizing engaging and effective wrestling sessions for children and adolescents.
In this particular area, experienced experts from the International Kurash Institute, Hasan Roshanaie and Seyyed Hossein Mahmoodi from Iran, conducted sessions to teach coaches how to actively involve young athletes in Kurash training. They also introduced special exercises aimed at supporting children’s physical development.
Participants of the training sessions not only gained theoretical knowledge but also had the opportunity to practice these exercises under the direct guidance of international experts. This practical experience will greatly assist them in developing the necessary skills for working with children in the future.
