The Three-month Online Course Is Progressing Intensively

Currently, training sessions for the fifth group of participants in the “Three-Month Online Course” of the International Kurash Institute are in full swing.

Nearly 70 prospective Kurash specialists from various parts of the world have been enrolled in this course.

The 11-week theoretical training program covers all essential areas of the field, including the history and theory of Kurash, fundamentals of coaching, unified international refereeing rules, technical and tactical principles of Kurash techniques, organization of Kurash competitions, and compliance with World Anti-Doping regulations.

The sessions, conducted via the Zoom platform with the participation of institute experts, provide attendees with the opportunity to gain knowledge directly from specialists, engage in interactive discussions, and receive detailed answers to their questions.

In particular, yesterday’s refereeing classes were led by Mr. Ravi Kapoor, Technical Director of IKA and international expert of IKI. Additionally, practical and theoretical training sessions on the next technical elements of Kurash techniques were conducted with the participation of International Kurash Institute instructors N. Chorshamiev, Sh. Kurbonov, O. Ravshanov, as well as international expert Ajmal Iskhaq Zai.
