The Practical Stage Continues – The Third Day of Training Has Begun!

At the Kurash Complex of Tashkent State Transport University, the final practical stage of the three-month online course, organized by the International Kurash Institute in cooperation with the International Kurash Association, is currently underway.

Early this morning, the third day of the seminar commenced. Participants continue their training under the guidance of the International Kurash Institute’s experienced experts – Mohammadvahid Poresfandiar, Ajmal Ishaq Zai, Nuriddin Chorshamiev, Feruz Bobomurodov, and Shukhrat Kurbanov.

Today’s program is dedicated to the “Supurma” group of Kurash techniques, one of the key elements of the sport. Participants are gaining in-depth knowledge and practical skills in these techniques. The training sessions are being conducted in an energetic and highly intensive atmosphere.
