Today, on October 23, the final — that is, the practical stage — of the three-month online Kurash course officially started at the Kurash Complex of Tashkent State Transport University, organized by the International Kurash Institute (IKI) in cooperation with the International Kurash Association and Tashkent State Transport University.

The opening of the practical stage was conducted by the Rector of the International Kurash Institute, Khabibulla Tadjiev.

Also in attendance were IKI Vice-Rector Komil Mukhammadiev, the institute’s professors and teachers, as well as foreign expert Dr. Mohammadvahid Pouresfandiar, who led the first practical session.

The first day’s program was dedicated to lessons on the initial groups of Kurash techniques.

Participants received valuable guidance on Kurash techniques from experts such as Mohammadvahid Pouresfandiar, Rizomat Soliev, Nuriddin Chorshamiev, Feruz Bobomurodov, and Shukhrat Qurbanov.
