New video tutorials on Kurash techniques are being developed

Currently, leading experts of the International Kurash Institute are actively engaged in filming a new format of video tutorials dedicated to teaching kurash techniques. The process includes professional recording, editing, and voice-over production.

These tasks are being carried out in accordance with Resolution No. 450 of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated December 20, 2024, titled “On Measures to Elevate the Development and Popularization of the National Sport of Kurash to a New Stage.” According to the Resolution, special video manuals are to be produced to promote kurash internationally.

Previously, the Institute had recorded and uploaded 54 kurash techniques to its educational platform with the participation of both foreign and Uzbek experts. Now, this content is being reintroduced in a new, professional video format aimed at the international audience.

Importantly, these tutorials are being prepared in English and will be published on the International Kurash Institute’s official website.

The goal is to provide kurash enthusiasts around the world with high-quality, clear, and expert-guided training materials that demonstrate the correct performance of techniques.
