They provided Japanese athletes with in-depth explanations of the most intricate aspects of kurash, its technical methods, and combinations through practical exercises.
The highlight of the sessions was a practical exam organized for the Japanese specialists. They demonstrated their knowledge and skills in kurash techniques and were evaluated by the coaches. Through this exam, the Japanese delegation not only assessed their level as coaches but also reinforced the knowledge they had gained during the training process.
Such systematic and intensive training serves as an important step for Japanese athletes on the path to achieving success in international competitions.
